TAX BENEFITS

Art. 29 of Norma Foral 1/2004, 24 February (deduction on taxable income from Business Tax and 18 per cent contribution as a deduction in the liquid quota of said tax) and Art. 9 of Decreto Foral 58/2004, 6 de April, declare as a priority activity in the fiscal year 2004 the performance season of C. A. C. Arriaga Theatre. P.L.C.

ADVERTISING

· A pass of SPECIAL SPONSOR (on behalf of the company name)

· Invitation to the season opening.

· Possibility to use the Theatre image in the corporate communications of the sponsor.

· Subscription to the half-yearly magazine and to the annual report.

· Possibility to buy tickets for performances, if they approve to it, with 35 per cent discount.

· Invitation to institutional activities of the Theatre.

· Possibility to hire some rooms in the Theatre allocated to corporate activities, with 100 per cent discount, once a year, in the Main Hall of the Theatre. Other spaces, Foyer or Hall, will also have 100 per cent discount once a year. This option is subject to the schedule of the Theatre performances.

· Possibility to attend private and guided visits to the Theatre premises.

· To appear as a sponsor of a particular performance, through special mention in its advertising activities.

· Possibility to attend the presentation press conference of the performance.

· Special advertising of the sponsor in the Theatre Hall, sound amplification and image projection.

· Invitations for the day of the premiere, with a maximum of 40 invitations.

· 20 annual invitations, free of charge, to Arriaga's performances, distributed into 10 different Theatre's performances.

· Possibility to have, in the premiere, the room "Orient Express" for 10 people, for meeting and relaxing purposes during the performance.

· Possibility to use the Foyer-ambigú room for a cocktail or special reception in the premiere.

· Possibility to use the Foyer small room to have a private dinner, once a year (capacity: 20-25 people), provided the schedule of the Theatre allows it.
